CARCASS WITH LEMON AND THYME
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
1 Idyllic Chicken
½ garlic bulb
half a bundle of fresh thyme
2 tablespoonfuls dried thyme
100g of butter
Put the lemon cut into 2 halves, ½ garlic bulb and half a bundle (handful) of fresh thyme inside the chicken.
Rub the chicken skin with salt, pepper and dried thyme.
Gently slide your hand under the chicken skin to separate it from the meat.
Then spread the whole butter, cut into slices, underneath the skin.
Cut the remaining half of the lemon into slices and cover the chicken with them.
Place the chicken in the baking foil.
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC
Put the chicken in the oven and bake for 75 minutes with thermal circulation.
Cut the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
